The Elysium Residential Park is a unique example of architectural excellence born from respecting the values of the past. Situated on the top of Rózsadomb, the building originally operated as a SZOT hotel. After a complete demolition of the structurally outdated block, our company rebuilt it as a brand-new structure by 2020. The project aimed to create uncompromising, understatedly elegant homes that meet the highest expectations – both aesthetically, technologically, and in terms of sustainability.
